Villar SIPAG will be the lead agent in providing opportunities for learning and development of the youth .
 | In 1996, Villar SIPAG began a tradition recognizing excellence among the students in the public elementary and high schools in Las Piñas and Muntinlupa. The Villar Excellence Award has been given every year to the valedictorian of each graduating class to recognize academic achievement and encourage the pursuit of excellence among Filipino students. The nationwide search for outstanding graduates of public high schools and state colleges and universities started in 2001. |
